How it Works
We set up a free consultation with you either on site or by phone. We work together to decide how we want your sale to take place. Here is an example of what this could look like:
You remove anything you want to keep from the home or move these items to a few locked areas within the home.
Our team arrives at your home 1-5 days before the sale
We spend 1-5 days pricing all items within the home
We hold either a two day or three day Estate sale on-site.
2 Day Sale
Day 1 (4 hours): All Items are full price
Day 2 (4 hours): All items are discounted (20%-50% off)
We work together to create a plan that works for you and our team does the work to find new homes for your treasures. We can even have the house emptied after the sale.
Pricing
We work on Commission for all Estate Sales so you don’t pay anything upfront.
Commission for All Estate Sales held in 2026 is 25%
Commission will increase in 2027 so book today!
We provide the following:
Marketing via estatesales.net and 1-3 other publications; signs to drive people to your sale
Supplies such as tables and shelving if needed; pricing supplies (tags, tape, signs, etc…)
Staff: 1-8 Estate Assistants depending on the size of your sale
There is a $25 processing fee deducted from the final balance.
There are no additional hidden fees or expenses. It’s that simple!
